HELL YES!! GEEKWARD FTW! He was my only nomination for that category. I seriously love him. And the guh-nome! Whoohoo! There are farrrr too many one-liners that I adore. Congrats to all the noms!
Thanks girls, that was really exciting to hear the noms announced on your show. It's also nice to hear what Limona's like... gosh, she's so humble. She doesn't realize how divine she is, does she?
So, last night I'm sitting in my room alone at 7:55 PM, listening to see if any of the stories I nominated got in the final round, and then I hear someone shout "Rutabaga!" I said aloud to my chihuahua: "no. freaking. way." I got nominated!!!! I nearly cried, even though they gave the wrong title of my story (it's not "beyond sunset", it's "Will you be ready when it comes?") oh well. Just thought you'd like to know that y'all made a grown woman cry in front of a 10-lb dog last night. How embarrassing.
I still grin like crazy every time I remember RG was nominated! Hah.
I totally get where you're coming from Hope. I got all teary-eyed and everything when I found out... which y'all probably heard, if you listened to the entire episode.

I listened to the show for the first time becasue I wanted to hear what was new with limona a WTVOC, two of my favorites. I loved it and will have to go back and listen to past episodes.
I spit my drink at the screens when you were reading the one liners! All my co-workers wanted to know what I was laughing at.
Thanks for making my afternoon, and giving me more great ideas about what to read.
I really like listening to the banter around the awards. Great job getting the awards set up and running, I can’t even imagine the amount to work! This really must be a ‘labor of love.’ I was even more surprised that I had read almost all of them, with the exceptions being a few of the Novella stories…which I have since read.
Thanks for another great episode! I missed Danielle and Claire, though. Congratulations to all the nominees - especially Christine! :-D And a huge thanks to limona and WTVOC for all the work they've put into the awards. I'm trying to be a good little fan-girl and work my way through all the stories before I vote - hopefully I'll get through them before the deadline...

I love Piano Lessons!!! And the whole "fanfiction divorice" made me laugh. Oh, oh, and I just read "The Elite" and it was amazing, I'm so glad you have it rec'd! I love this podcast, thank you ladies!
