Are there (m)any Twilight fanfics written in third person?

Oh and LOL @ Verizon and Alltel. I thought my mother was the only one on the Alltel network...
I've also wondered about the phone commercials. Good episode, and snaps to Claire for the rec' post. I think you guys should do just one episode talking about Breaking Dawn so it doesn't keep coming up.

Hah. I don't think we'll ever agree about BD...
Maybe we can do an 'extras' episode with the epic showdown between the ones who liked it and the ones who hated it.
Oh! Or have a Claire/Danielle debate off about Jacob. ...that'd be pretty fun to moderate.

Congrats on another great episode! I hadn't really thought about the fact that most Twilight fanfics were in first person until I read Innocent, Vigilant, Ordinary and the third person initially sounded weird (awesome fic, though). I've never written first person before, but when starting my own fic I kind of felt obliged to write like that, following the example of SM. I suspect a lot of people feel that way.
Good on you Claire for introducing some Jacob/Bella into the mix! :-)
Oh, and it's great to see that the volume balance is getting better each week. Keep up the good work!
PS - I'd just like to add that I support the idea of a discussion on everyone's opinion of BD. It does get referred to a fair bit, so it would be good to just get it all out in the open...

Hullo! I was wondering a little at the above-average (read: more than zero XD) traffic on my LJ in the past month or so, and then I found this. I've had such a good (and nerve wracking) time listening to you ladies chat about my fics, especially when you catch me out on things! (I lost count of how many times I thought, "My god, that's EXACTLY right." XD)

I just found this podcast, and it's awesome. Unfortunately, I didn't notice iTunes only starts with this episode, so I've got more downloading to do to catch up.
Thanks for the 1st person/3rd person discussion. I'm writing my first story, and it's in 3rd person limited, which will switch characters between chapters. I've been fretting over this a lot, and I feel much better now that I've listened to this ep. Thanks!!
